There are different types of gym-goers: gym rats, selfie-obsessed exercisers, bodybuilders, cardio junkies, yogis, social butterflies, beginners, regulars.

What is gym rules?

Maintain a safe distance from others while using equipment and moving around the gym. Be mindful of your body language and avoid invading someone’s personal space. Re-rack weights when finished. Don’t leave weights scattered around the gym floor.
